Is a cleaning charge included in the cost?

All cleaning costs have been included in our price. A deposit of £50 is taken on set up which is refunded provided there aren’t any damages.

do you set up all year round?

We are a seasonal business which operates mid-end March to September weather dependant. We would love to provide Glamping all year round but sadly the evenings are far too cold.

Are your tents cleaned between bookings?

We provide clean fresh bedding on every arrival, once set up has finished we antibacterial spray the bell tent before our customers enter. On take down we spray and isolate each bell-tent for 48 hours before it’s next booking. We also wash all bedding and spray air beds.

Are pets allowed in the tent?

Please keep those gorgeous paws away from our tents because they can damage the floor and air beds.

what happens if the weather is bad?

We want you to have the best experience and if the weather is horrendous (heavy rain and gale force winds) then we will happily move to another date.

Is there a deposit payable?

A £50 deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non refundable.

What size bell tents do you have?

BabyBelle - 3 metre bell tent requires 5x5 metre grassed area.

Evabelle - 4 metre bell tent requires 6x6 metre grassed area.

MaxBelle - 5 metre bell tent requires 7x7 metre grassed area.

Is there an age range?

We don’t have an age range for our bell tents. Suitable for all ages.

Do I need to provide electricity?

No electricity points are required. All pumps and lights are battery powered.

can you provide birthday balloons?

We have a preferred balloon supplier, Pink Balloon Party Decor, 07395 505553.

can you supply party food?

Sadly we don’t but we do recommend Grazing together as our preferred supplier, 07307 418904
